People keep sh*tting on Ayew but this is a game and a half now where he's been our most effective winger and actually doing his job in getting us up the pitch and either winning a free kick or recycling posession

Mavidid gives us so much more down the left. A good solid half away from home. Same again second half.

Another week, another reminder of how much we've dropped off.

Not too bad a half overall. 

 

Started steady, increased the momentum and got the goal, tailed off a bit then saw the half out. 

 

Faes very good with the blocks. Skipp and Winks doing well. Ndidi likewise and especially to win the ball back high and set up Vardy. 

 

Have to keep it tight first 10-15 mins. Clichéd but their fans are already on their backs so if we can keep that pressure up on them then it'll serve us well to try and kick on and get another goal. Would still like to see us be a bit more threatening on goal - we're good at winning the ball back but would like to see us have more sustained possession in their half.
