Only striking thing is it appears to be a much bigger loan than usual so perhaps they're cracking on with the stadium?

Just looking back at the past agreements with the aussie vamps... we've only ever secured against one seasons Premier League money

 

That note about "up to 2028" is definitely a significant change.


They've essentially borrowed circa £250m?

Wasn't questioning it, was trying to add some context for everyone else wetting the bed lol 

 

I'd say the other clue is the third charge is all about security against property including any new or changed property.
