Try and do classes once or twice a week and it has  really helped me both mentally and physically.

I try to adopt the Yoga breathing exercises in day to day stressful situations too and it helps massively. I'm not quite a Zen master at mindfulness yet but I'm interested in exploring that more.

 

The best part of Yoga for me is the relaxation bit at the end. Been a few times where I've nodded off and the instructor has had to wake me up :D
