Cooper's days are surely numbered as I think the players will see to it, but his replacement needs to be one hell of a man manager. 

Problem is we need to make the change whilst we still have a chance of staying up. We got away with the points deduction which makes us a far more appealing prospect until we are too far adrift by our own doing. Nobody remotely decent is gonna take us on at Christmas when we are 12 points below the drop.
