Unlikely to happen but is a good time for a push for a fans forum at the club, in order to get an idea of what went wrong the season and what is the plan for the club for the next seasons in terms of direction. Invitation for Rudkin, Top and Whelan... not sure something BBC RL could arrange. If Top is still got ambition for the club then it's time he came out and met the fans to share his plans.

Radio Leicester - who are best placed for this - ask the club several times a season for access to someone at board level. Tanner similarly.

They're not so much given a statement, let alone a sit down interview. The request is refused every time.

Given that the club seem to hold the support in contempt, if RL can't get them to talk, then they certainly aren't going to speak to the fans.

Of all the things I don't like with the modern game in general, and our Club in particular ... this is the one that's bringing me closest to packing it all in.

LCFC Media Team: "What a great idea! We'll randomise a group of 30 who sit in the west stand, are over 70, and bring flasks to games identified by video AI."

Great idea. Then one group can call the other group "retards" for disagreeing with them, and then dress up effigies in clown outfits and then set fire to them while waving pitchforks and torches. To the castle!!!

You say that but it was a bloke in the west stand, looked over 70, that was holding a sheet saying 'WHELAN AND RUDKIN OUT' at Sunday's game. Waved it around at multiple points, including pointed towards the Director's box. This was all while L1 looked gormlessly on trying to make up 'feed the scouser' songs

There's plenty of 30/40/50 year olds who can find no fault with Top or Rudkin I see them around me at every game and on FB

Yeah I'm fed up with being tarred with the same brush.

Couple of points. 1) How many fans haven't written personally to the Club expressing their displeasure/feelings? and

2) How many season ticket holders have decided to call it a day and not renewed for next season?

No and Yes

This is why planes are useful.

The club will not do or say anything that puts them in a bad light. Image is everything to these people. Whether that be the "free" beer or not using the "R" word in social media posts. A forum with random fans that haven't gone through the same selection process as the FAB could be chaos for these control freaks.

I think this post, as well as the thousands of others on this site, overstate how much of a role football plays in people's lives. Most of our fans and those of other clubs follow a football team because it's something to do. It's not life or death, it's not that important, there are far more credible things to focus on in life and their day to day lives are consumed by how much they hate their jobs. Therefore they're not gonna have the time or inclination to write to the club LOL.

I'm somewhere in the middle in that I want to take it more seriously but do not live in Leicester and don't regularly socialise with city fans, so most news passes me by. So I can understand why KPFC fans aren't putting their lives on hold to protest but also understand the frothing faux-rage of the happy clappers calling for boycotts and riots from their keyboards.

Also, they need to be starved out the club. Empty seats, week in week out, no merchandise/shirts, nothing. Anything within safe reason that costs the club money....

We’ve got more chance with setting up a joint meeting between Foxestalk and the Head Of MI6 I think, rather than the Leicester City Board.

I’m expecting a message from Top in the next program stating what an honour it will be to go for a trophy again next season, as we compete in the Championship.

I remember when Milan Mandric  did this, i went to it and i even got interviewed by Rob Dorsett From sky sports ... Im pretty sure its when Martin Allen was sacked and Megson Took over , any body else go  ?

Was good to hear from an owners perspective and his vision at the time

They don't give a **** about the fans, including the ones with no self respect who rim them.

They don't care, they won't meet and the only way forward is to show them the same.
