All over Aberdeen and Astra tonight. Think Aberdeen have enough about them to beat Almaty after putting in a very decent performance at their place.

As for Astra, they seem to want to progress whereas I get the impression West Ham just see the Europa League as hindrance. They've left quite a few first team players back in London.

Am I missing something here?

Astra at home to West Ham reserves (apparently) and 11/8 to win.

I think I'm all over this...

Also had a go on ladbrokes' match betting.

Leicester to finish above Bournemouth @ 4/6

Watford to finish above Norwich @ evs

Wolves to finish above Brentford @ 5/6

Bristol Rovers to finish above Northampton @ 5/6

acca. might have a few more accas on this some decent odds.

Everton are too good to go down, but I do like scouse's shout about their hard start. Might be worth a fiver and then a cash out. Very good chance they'll enter the bottom 3.

Bournemouth and Blackpool double to finish bottom, if I've worked it out right, is 56/1  that's got to be worth a fiver.

Seen they were losing and had that usual "you have got to be joking me" feeling I'm so used to, but they've scored twice in three minutes before half time and lead! I had £20 on Astra to win at 11/8 and £7.50 on them -1 at 10/3. Fancy them both to come in as well. Stats make it look very one sided and West Ham have got a shocking side out - they deserve to get slapped, why are they neglecting the Europa League? They'll still get slapped at Arsenal anyway the pricks.

Nice big cash out on Astra already.

Now on Aberdeen to win.

They've let me down before though to be fair.

And it seems they are gonna let me down again...

lol

That is literally the last time I bet on Aberdeen...

Had a nice trixie on Astra, Southampton and

Zorya returned 56 quid for a £10 bet.

Nice win that buddy. Backing Zorya was a good shout.

My thing at the minute is trixie around evens, 2 winners gives your stake back and 3 pays about 4/1 and it's not very often I don't get 2 right.

How does the trixie work?

You need two out of three to win?

they kick off with;

watford (h)

southampton (a)

man city (h)

spurs (a)

chelsea (h)

swansea (a)

as well. then don't play til monday night the weekend after. could deffo be worth a little back to lay in a month's time there. or i noticed a few bookies doing odds on who will be bottom on september 1st, for which everton are priced @ 22/1, or simply 13/2 just to be in the bottom three after 4 games, from which i can't see them taking much more than 3 points (vs watford). could be better value and a quicker return than backing them outright for relegation?

That 13/2 looks big good spot.

Yeah - waiting til after the first round of fixtures may not be a bad ploy.
