Im just being thick over it i think. So, lower odds are better when laying? I guessing because in like betfair, If you lay a bet against like a underdog its quite high? I dont understand the arbing bet and lay tho. Why would he make money on betting against Murry to win? Is it because the odds have dropped so the laying odds are smaller? Im confused.. :blink:

Basically say he back murray at 10/1 with a £1.

Then murrays odds reduce to say 5/1. He will put £5 on murray not to win at 1/5.

So if murray does win he get £11 back.

If murray doesnt win he gets £6 back. Which is my take on things, I think that is right.

Had a nice little profit today. Did £5 e/w on Resplendent Light in the 3.15 at salisbury at 13/2.

Just over £40 profit.

Belotto is running tonight at Bath. Also Dressed To Dance is running again tonight, the tip I gave last week that won at 9/1. This time it's at 4s though.

Didn't do too well last night. 3 winners and 2 places, one at 25/1 though. Dressed To Dance won again, the horse is on fire at the minute. Belotto was nowhere though, so will watch that for now.

i ve started to follow rics , had a few combos tonight so in with a chance of some dollar . Russia to win euro 08 is still the 1 im hoping for though , runners up will do i suppose

Anyone up for a tipping challenge? I'm bored.

Pick 4 random races, then pick 2 horses from each race who you think will place.

2pts for first place and 1pt for a place?

Or possibly do it on how much money would be won.

You would get £10 per horse to bet either £5 e/w or £10 on it to win. The E/W odds would given at 1/3 the price.
