Just his past record in Open Championships I reckon, it's been his least favourite of the 4 majors. I've chucked a £1 e/w on Cabrera at 100/1.

Yeah I didn't bother in the end. Seems I only got Celestial Girl at 2/1 in the end, must have dropped just before I bet.

Celestial Girl in the 4.10 at Brighton. Get everything you own on it. Then stick all of that on Villegas e/w at The Open on Thursday.

I owe you a pint

same here, still paid fairly nicely

Have done, 66/1, any chance at all? not got a clue about golf

As good a chance as any in my opinion. Hits the ball a mile, is quality in windy conditions and has previous form at The Open. I have backed him at 109/1 on betfair and 80/1 each way in Ladbrokes.

Just had £5 worth on The Open...

50p e/w Camilo Villegas

50p e/w Shane Lowry

50p e/w Justin Leonard

50p e/w Stephen Gallacher

£1 Ernie Els to win

Middle three have odds of 125-150/1 just to give a bit of interest to this...

What does Each way mean?

£1 e/w = £2. Example - Ernie Els to win The Open at 18/1.

Basically it increases your chances of winning because it means, in this case, that you could win if your golfer finishes in the top six (different bookies vary how many places they'll pay out on).

An each way bet is effectively one bet split down the middle, two bets - in this example £1 is on the golfer winning the tournament and £1 is on a top six finish (at 1/4 of the odds).

If the golfer wins you get £19 returns, plus £5.50 on top of that (£1 x 4.5). If he came second to sixth, you'd get just the £5.50 (quarter of the odds, "golfer to win tournament" half of your £2 stake is given to bookmaker). Outside the top six and you lose it all.

lol

Confusing I know, but that's the best I can explain it.

Thrown a couple of coins on each way at 50/1.

I have zero knowledge of golf, but definitely worth a shot.

Not sure why, but I tried betting on the Crystal Palace vs Leicester game just to see odds and potential winnings etc...and it says they aren't taking bets on Leicester in the C.Palace vs Leicester match.

Anyone know why?

£10 on Chelsea, QPR & Southampton to win their respective leagues. Potential returns £980.

I've put £1 on Chelsea, Forest, Southampton and Rotherham.

Also returns £980 :)

EDIT: Actually, £918. Read it wrong.

Too early

Well, I took that match out of my multiple, and when I clicked on 'View Odds', it proceeded to the next stage where I can 'Place Bets' or not.

The above error message came up when I clicked View Odds.

And I chose other matches on the same day too and they seemed fine :dunno:

Bloody hell up until last weekend I had bet for a month because before that I was betting every week and had won fuck for a good couple of month (Probably Cheltenham festival was the last win) but last week I bet on 2 horse they both won, I did some Ante-Post World Cup bets they all won, A dream team at work which we all put money in a pot for - I won, Bet on some horses today they've won. Perhaps the rest did me good!

Had a go on the Lottery and going casino tonight, let's hope its a good night :fc:
