If you're betting online then the odds on next manager won't be available until the current one is sacked.

If you went into a bookies and asked for the odds on the above happening then they may give you a price (depending on whether they're sure there is no 'inside info' i suppose).

All of the above could be bollocks however as i'm not entirely sure.
