The Panama Kid at Kelso - should romp home.

3rd. Unlucky, ran a good race just didn't quite have that final push, led from the start then eased off and thought he'd shot it, made a mistake on one fence but made up for it with a huge leap and got back in contention.

Bluesky won but Mister Marker got beat up the straight and came 3rd.

Got about £45 back off a fiver each way.

I think I had £40 on as it was 11/4... No wait, I topped up another 40 before the race too so it was a good £200 profit. Some of that's disappeared now, but I've had a good week cashing out over a grand!

Today could have been better - got put off Super Ally by the drift and put money on Forcefield and probably should have more on Ladyblue sky (only £20 each way). I'd also been tempted by Trigger the Light but that was at about 2:42 so was too late.

Oh and final bet of the day... £50 double on the Falcons and Broncos. I've got my fingers crossed that the Texans third string quarter back blows up and the Minnisota are pants without AP (plus you gotta love Tim Tebo - if Broncos are down but in touch come 4th quarter may put a little more on!)

Arsenal might catch you out on this one. Already through as group, with a long trip out to Greece, I can't see any big players like RVP or Vermalen travelling. They'll probably play the weakest possible team , Flappyarmski in goal, Squillachi at the back and Park up top.

Some of the bets on here are ridiculous..

A pound to win £15?! As for Lamby and his bets, they are just bleeding ridiculous.

At the end of the day, people bet what they can afford to lose. Turning £1 to £15 is profit is it not? I do agree about Lamby though his bets are silly.

So why not put that £1 on more teams?

Maybe they're not sure that other teams will win or come in for them?

Perhaps they're comfortable the teams they are betting on and that's it.

It's their money, not yours. And getting £15 back is profit so not sure what the problem is. Yeah it's not a huge win, but I don't see the problem with putting small bets on :dunno:
