Got the same double. Maybe...

So close, yet so far, and i'm pretty sure i'm still to ever win a football bet.

Hmmm tell a lie think I may have bet on the 1st goal to be scored during a certain time in a Leicester game once, put it this way my outlay to profit margin on football bets wouldn't make pretty reading, don't know why I bother really, just makes it abit more interesting I suppose but when you must have lost £££'s maybe it's time to leave it alone.

Horse's all the way might be the future (Don't win prolifically on them but i'd say i'm atleast evens maybe slightly up on Horse betting)

Oh well come next Saturday i'll end up doing an accumulator...

I don't even do stupid accumulators only 4 teams generally, always 1 team let's you down.

Laser Blazer in the 2:50 at Kempton. You can get 5/2 with StanJames and PaddyPower. 9/4 generally elsewhere.

You got a system for roulette or is that all pure luck?

Roulette is luck. Also the odds are in favour of the casino. Avoid roulette like the plague...

hmm. Took to the front a bit too early? I thought Adam Kirby was giving the horse a very good ride, coming around the last bend into first place and cruising along. Unfortunately the horse decided to wander a bit. The interference by the winner didn't help. Conclusion: could have won if hadn't gone to the front too early.

At least my placepot is still going strong. But my jackpot has ended after leg 2. Damn.

Not at all. When I play roulette, I know that it is a game of pure luck so I don't get carried away. I've known people put ridiculous amounts of money on a strong favourite, be it in a race or a football match, and get let down. All for the chance of winning a small return, in comparison to their stake. Roulette on the other hand is high returns, IF luck is on your side. Just don't chase your losses. I spent £50 recently to win over £1200. I've never known anybody do that betting on horses.

To be fair i enjoy playing casino games online, blackjack, brag and roulette as long as you only take in what you can afford to lose then you cant go wrong, think my best performance on the tables started with 100 and got to 1600.

any one having a bet on the next england manager???

As far as gambling goes, if I bet then i'm fairly disciplined. If I gamble then i'm a complete nutjob. What I mean by that is if I place bet's on the horses or football or whatever sport then I tend to bet sensibly with the odd big punt if I have reason to. When I gamble on things like roulette, slots, bandits etc then I go nuts. It starts off small but a few £10, £20 losses and I go chasing it and before you know it's a few hundred rats down the shitter.

I've left it all alone for a few weeks now, i've not missed it and i'm certainly better off. Cheltenham is on the horizon and i'll not be leaving that alone but we'll see what the future holds.

I've retired from casino's and bookies as I can't be trusted.

I've realised although I class myself as quite knowledgable on football, i'm dreadful at betting on it. The bookies make a fookin killing on the football because of accumulators.

Horses I can hold my own, my betfair account reads that i've deposited £760 and withdrawn £1800 but Albertas Run will account for a lot of that profit. Haha.

This isn't a tip just a piece of info. In the bumper meeting at Kempton this afternoon, the 3:50 has The Wicked Kipper running (Cue Cards full sister). She was 7 / 8/1 this morning and has been backed into 11/4. Obviously a market move like this is worth taking into account...

Forgot to mention the paper prices - 14/1. These prices are fairly accurate as to how the market should be on horse form alone as they are compiled by people with knowledge.

Barwell Bridge in the 4:25. Generally 7/2.

With jumpers for bumpers type racing the following two attributes are very important. 1) Goes on the surface. 2) Decent flat record. This horse ticks both boxes and is a course winner. The recent form over hurdles is good - albeit over a longer trip. He is a winner over 1m2f at this course and is a pace horse (led, chased leaders etc). This style of running is of a great advanage around this course. The only negative is that under new trainer Warren Greatrex, new tactics have been developed. These are for the horse to be held up. GIven that it is quite well known that front running horses fair better around the AW at Kempton the previous tactics may not be deployed. The distance over 2m reduces the problem but the horse can still find problems in running being forced out wide around the last bend as there are 16 runners in this race.
