Few years old now but seen the first Crank? Two birds, one stone there. Mental film. Failing that, also a few years old now but Lucky Number Slevin nicely ticks both boxes and I don't know anyone that dislikes it.

Burn after Reading - Bit more of a comedy film but also good.

Its an emotional movie thats for sure, but well done spike jonze. Its brilliant, didnt think it would be my bag but i loved it.
