Just watched the remake of Day The Earth Stood Still - or at least thed end of it.

Was it written by a 10 year old?

I often wonder the same thing when there's an Adam Sandler film on.

Saw Bad Teacher yesterday. Most of the best bits are on the trailer but was still watchable and funny.

Raped the DVD section on Amazon tother day and bought Half Nelson, Squid and the Whale, Smart People, Royal Tenenbaums, Machete, Igby Goes Down, United States of Leland, Lars and the Real Girl, Slacker, 500 Days of Summer and Thumbsucker. Only seen 2 of them before so lots of one sentance reviews to follow.

Also bought Whip It which is the first one ive watched and is still quality. Love Kristen Wiig and Ellen Page.

Unusual movie... enjoyed it though :thumbup:

I would usually say that any film starring Jason Statham should automatically be burned, but however, it also stars my favourite screen actor of all time, De Niro, so i may watch this. :)

And what's with De Niro getting his name 3rd on the billing on that trailer!! :S

He has forgotten more about acting than Jason Statham will ever know unless it's about how to be yourself in every role.

But i will watch it! haha
