Not great.

The plot:

Aliens attack LA. Marines fight aliens. Marines do stupid things until only a handful are left just to save 5 people in a police station in an LA suburb. lol Marines find a way to kill the aliens. They fight back against the aliens. They find the control centre and blow it up. The aliens run away. The end.

Think Independance Day, only worse. Independance Day isn't good either.

Gonna disagree with you. I really liked Battle:LA.

Watched Leon last night.

Decent film, felt kind of awkward about the undertones of love between them throughout the whole thing, although I think that was probably intentional.

She definitely wasn't 18 either

No shit lol

The girl had a crush, Leon had a more fatherly love, completely different.

The ending is absolutely brilliant.

Will add sequels coming out too, to this list. I dare say a lot of people won't remember some of these as they'll be too young.

The Seven Samurai - I'm putting this one to one side because if they stay faithful to the story, splash some colour in, get some good performances, take advantage of modern cinematography, then this could be amazing. Or it could have Akira spinning in his grave.

Mikey that list makes me sad, most of those I've seen were rubbish in the first place.

People really need to stop going to see these piles of crap and wasting their money.

I've just watched Resevoir Dogs and all I have to say is that Tarantino is a nutjob lol

In anyone elses hands this could've come off as ridiculous but Almodovar genuinely makes "a horror story without screams or frights". Aesthetically one of the best looking films I've seen for ages.

Cracking film, enjoyed it, unusual, nice twists and turns....and the young lady is a stunner :thumbup::ph34r:
