Warwickshire deserve dicking for calling themselves Birmingham.

And that annoying 'youuuuu Bears!' which is very similar to the Red dogs same chant.

Quality moment today of two sets of kids from either side chanting at each other.

'I'd be a bear than a fox'

A eight year old in reply 'I'd rather be a German than a Bear'.

The groups wide open but we have the majority of games at home.

Akmal's been great. We have good batting strength.

Think they have the bowling sorted now. Sheik's too expensive and Wells should just bat. Freckinghams a good option as is Sykes.

Good to see Notts failing as well. Can't have a franchise that's never won it....

Not much going on for the guys that left.

Thakor out of the championship team at Derby, Buck the same at Lancs, Smith nowhere near the 1st team up the road and Cobb not getting many runs at Northants.

 

Bit harsh on Cobb. Only one Leicestershire player averaging more than him in the Championship so far this season.

bowling military medium and not getting big scores, can't see him living up to the hype sadly.

I can see Greg Smith getting loaned out to a Div 2 county, he was inconsistent for us but due to our small squad he kept his place in our side, not so at Notts, sadly for Greg plenty of second team cricket, Buck even if he is injured he is not quite good enough at the moment for a Div 2 Lancs side, they get promotion and his chances will reduce even further another who will be seeing plenty of second team cricket. Shiv Thackor is still young has done only ok this season probably thinks he's a better player than he actually is! Lastly Cobb, he seems to be having a decent season, plays every game for Northants and looks like it has been a sensible move for him.

4 wickets for 8 runs here, lets get Wagg out quickly now and the win will be well on

 

He's already hit 12 from 7 balls including a 4 and a 6. Makes you wonder if he's been at the stuff he got banned for a few years back. lol

 

Hopefully we can restrict them to under a 200 run lead, anything over that will be a challenge.
