Should never ever lose a 2020 game when only 4 wickets down chasing. We just keep getting close and then failing to get over the line. Elliott dismissal was the key.

Should've won that comfortably. Eckersley is not a T20 opener, so stubborn to continue playing him there. Raine not a number 3 either. Cosgrove playing and missing at Clarke deliveries, 3/4 in a row rather than taking singles, then dancing around in his wicket rather than just making good contact on the ball, ending in a comical run out! How do you lose by 8 runs only 4 wickets down? Pathetic.

Enjoyed going to the match but that was an opportunity thrown away. 8 an over was not insurmountable and we laboured for too long between overs 6-10. 

 

Birmingham are a good side but they didn't play all that well, Clarke aside. There for the taking and not claimed.
