A f**king county bankrolled by their local council, while our council do everything they can to stop us progressing. Wank shit.

Does anyone else think that yesterday's team was a shambles and showed a serious lack of respect to the supporters.

I can understand the emphasis on youth, no problem, but sticking out a team with no chance of winning is a bit much. Has Dips even been confirmed as our captain for next year yet or are we going to hear about him following Allenby, Ackerman and Nixon out of the team / club?

I wonder what Hugo Sanchez would say about this if he was a cricket fan???

Why do people in the mercury think that Cobb is on his way to Worcs? There are 2 people saying this in the comments bit after the Benning story. It does seem a bit odd thats he's not been playing. Don't know much about Benning though.

What's this Cobb to Worcs all about? Surely he cant move between clubs if he has a contract?

Been searching for info for a while, oct 08, the following contracts were signed by the kids :

Cobb, Boyce, Taylor - 3 year deals

Cliff, Pope - 2 year deals (end after next season)

Smith - 3 year summer deal (whilst at Uni)

Buck - 1 year summer deal, with 2 year F/T deal after that

Wyatt - summer deal this year, gap year before he's off to uni.

What's the team for next year then?

Boyce

Benning

Dips © - confirmed?

Cobb

Ronnie

Taylor

New

Naik / Clod

Malik

Harris

Cliff / Gurney

Is Clod going for British residency??, if so, could we get another Kolpak bowler

I think we need Dips to stay another 1/2 years minimum I would like another allrounder in the squad as well. We have missed Maliks wickets big time
