Was only six weeks and played as many games for Notts in that time. Was obviously so angry at being sent to us he turned down Notts’ contract offer and signed a three-year-deal with Kent.

Yep. Concentrating on batting now according to the video on the kent site.

If that's the case. We need bowlers tbh. I still think he wasn't right for us.

Anyone got the stat of how many Swindells has scored in his last 10 innings?

Including today

0, 0, 52, 11, 6, 0, 0, 1, 21,1according to cricinfo (that’s across all first XI formats). 6 of them are one day m/t20 games which were 0,0,6,0,0,1 so averaging just over 1 in his last 6 one day innings.

But Bowley who got a maiden 50 gets dropped, makes sense

That's awful. Players like he and Sam Evans seem to be going backwards with the bat.

Seem to have an awful lot of players who bat and bowl.

From what I've either seen when we're playing or read from the club when they're describing players; Bowley, Scriven, Ahmed, Parkinson, Walker, Steel, Lilley, Ackermann, Rhodes, Mike, Barnes and Mulder could all conceivably be termed all rounders (may be generous in some cases, bits and pieces players in some cases perhaps).

He’s got 30 overs, if the person at the other end can just stay in then 200 isn’t impossible.

Walker is playing some shots but like you said if he can hang around 200 would be incredible from the position we were in

That’s probably the one position that can easily be filled, there must be a few wicket keeper/batters around the second team circuit who would jumó at the chance of first team cricket.
