Certainly seems like neither signing has worked. I didn't expect much from Stirling but thought that Neesham would be good.  Feels like the T20 campaign is going to peter out, sadly.

Essentially played the match with 8 players the other 3 robbing a living. 

 

Kimber and Cox at least prevented a total embarrassment.

 

I can't believe that Hill doesn't offer more than Budinger. Just can't believe it. 

 

Mike has talent but does he have to play everygame? He is brainless with bat and ball

Well that's it for another year. 😔. Neesham has been very disappointing and Mulder before that. Handscombe is not a t20 player and as for Budinger, I've seen better club players! Mike also useless!

Once Rishi's form started petering off (which was inevitable given how well he was going), it was always going to expose the rest of the batting line up. Cox has saved us on at least 3 or 4 occasions. Rehan, Goldsworthy and Currie have been decent but aside from that it's been a poor showing really.

All is not lost as a win tonight and one of the last two, MIGHT just be enough with our run rate and looking at other fixtures. However, tonight is a must win against Northants. 
 

Budinger must be dropped for Swindells. 
 

Scriven in for Neesham. Genuinely seen enough to suggest that he’s only here for the pay check. Send him packing early. He’s finished.

Agree with this. Overseas signings have performed poorly.

 

Budinger has a good List A average in the devalued One Day Cup but is offering very little else.
