Awesome day. Good to see Hoggard rip into Sky in the post-match interview.. lol

But it was no more than the team, and Nico, deserved.

The prize money and especially the entry into the T20 Champions League will also make a massive difference to our finances. Hope this helps us to strengthen our squad and avoid a Championship wooden spoon next year.

Third time in the 8 years this cup has been going that this unfashionable little county has outshone more esteemed Test counties :scarf:

He had a go at them for having written us off before the QF, SF and final in turn.

But we had the last laugh in the end.

It's possible that, by reaching the T20 Champions League, we'll make more money than we would have done by winning the County Championship! lol

winning the second div, players get 100k, county get 35k.

Winning t20, players get 140k, county get 60k.

He`s played in all three formats..
