How Was Your Day?

Recommended Posts

Went to Foxton Locks and Bradgate Park today. So-so weather, but it was a nice day out in Leics. Foxton Locks is certainly high up on the amour-factor ladder (very romantic) and Bradgate Park - massive! I was maybe 50 yards in, coming from the Newtown Linford side, and deer right in front of me and my camera.

SNAP! And SHOT! Done.

Walked all the way up to the War Memorial and that small tower, then down towards Swithland and Mountsorrel. All by foot.

Not saying what the feet are feeling like at the moment. lol

Ah yes, good old Foxton Locks. Harborough District's premier dogging location...

Erm, so I've heard...

Enrolled today, I am not a student, I am a barrister already, apparently. Which was a shock. But not as big a shock as when I picked up my books. I couldn't move the bag.

Was woken up at 8am with the news that my Gran had passed away in the early hours. Not been a good day by a long shot.

:( Sorry to hear that, my thoughts are with you.

Sorry to hear about your Gran, Jamie. :(

My day was good yesterday. Went in town, bought some ammenities for Uni, randomly popped into the o2 shop and came out with a brand new iPhone 3Gs paying £44 a month. Massive disabled I am.

Going to the Sheffield derby tonight, gewon Brian!

Off topic but the other morning I woke up and obviousley I had been lying on my arm because I couldn't feel it and then it just suddenly dropped at the side of me from nowhere and I said 'my arm's come off'. It looked like it wasn't attached to my body.

Anyway, doing nothing much today untill 6 and then I'm going to work.

Yesterday was ok though, although I have got about 23567 assignments on the go.

Are you the same guy who was complaining about his legs being cold?

If so, your limbs are fucked up.

Came in an listened to Jay "God" Z and Jo whileys last day, I think she will be missed by radio 1 during the week, could understand if they had replaced her with someone good, but come on... Fearne fucking cotton!

My day was great. After several weeks I felt that the jobless guy we've befriended was finally capable of helping look after the market stand with my wife while I chased up some other business and he proudly announced too that he starts a week's training Monday as a fork-lift truck driver.

I'm confident now that the training will lead to a fulltime job and that he will finally get his pride back. Meanwhile I've learned that he's rounded up a few pals to make the garden of the hostel he uses look a treat. I'm chuffed as can be.

He's the second jobless person I've shown some practical faith in this year and both have represented an excellent investment in so many ways.

It makes me sick to the core that these people are sidelined by Labour's shameless theorists and made to feel useless in their own land.

Normal day.

Apart from last night, I looked out of my window at about 9:45pm, because I was looking for an aeroplane that I heard, and across the road, I saw this young girl sat on the pavement and she was just sat there in the dark.

I opened my blinds abit further to try and see who it was and then she had got up and ran up the street.

Just thought I share that becuase I honestly have never seen anything like that before :Slol

My day was rather good.

I got to meet Peter Andre :D He kissed me on the cheek and he called me babe! :P

He is actually nicer looking in real life!

Where was that?

I swear that there is no such person as Peter Andre and it's just Nikos Dabizas in disguise.

Quality game of football and day out yesterday, followed by a quality game of football this morning. Now it's time to watch (hopefully) two quality games of football on the beloved Sky Sports, then onto 5 a side at night where i'm anticipating a quality game of football.

Quality.

That sounds quality to me.

Did you have any quality sleep though last night? lol

Yesterday was class, good to be back on the Saturday away's yesterdays. Went out last night and was still pumped with adrenaline, ended up leaving on shaky terms with a couple of mates.

Ended up with Tommeh coming round my house via a 2:00am casino visit to watch the boxing. Had about four hours, ready to go out tonight now though!

My day was quite up and down yesterday. Left form Peterborough in plenty of time only for part of the A1 to be shut and having to use the diversion which was a standstill. Ended going up a quicker way and some how got thewre when the teams were coming out!

Had to park in the hospital car park and pay £3 but oh well.

Should have won, but nevermind.

I think I rank Cotton higher than Edith, I ****' hate Edith. I do think the mid-morning slot will be very poor now though, alot of people I know didn't like Jo Whiley but I thought she was really good, I give Cotton less than a year before she steps down, gets replaced, or something.
