Just got informed that my best friend of over 20 years is now cancer-free He is such a great guy, has a wife and 4 kids, and this news is just wonderful all around. Has made my weekend, my month, my year.

 

Going over to see them here shortly.

Christmas fair at my youngest ones school...

 

I bought some raffle tickets without looking at the prizes. 

 

Bearing in mind that we live in deepest darkest Surrey surrounded by Chelsea and Palace fans, and as far as I know I am the only Leicester fan in a 10 mile radius, I wasn't expecting this...

Bad day. We had to have our lovely three legged cat put to sleep. She was 16, and had fluid in her lungs, which the vet could not get cleared.

Came down to Southampton to watch the match. Mrs and step-daugther went off to the cinema whilst me and the step-son went to the game.

 

We should have won, but we had a great time.

 

Step-daughter, 13, now wants a membership so she can join us too.

Driving home this evening, rounded a bend near my home to find a house on fire, fully burning with huge flames pouring from the upstairs windows. Plenty of people on scene and the fire service travelling but not there at the time. It was quite a scary thing to see. I couldn't help thinking about the people that live there and how their life will be affected.
