Today I am so frustrated. I have some updating that needs to be done, it's been on my "to do list" for 3 weeks, but can I get it done? Can I bollocks!!

Everyone in the dept knows we have no admin support, and everyone knows they should be sorting their own stuff out themselves, and the majority do. However there are a few who seem to be put out by this, and obviously, it is far easier to send an email to me to then pass on, than it is to send it to the intended recipient directly. I mean, it's not like I have anything far more important to be getting on with.

Oh, and while we're at it, how dare the company change its policies! This is quite clearly my fault.
