How Was Your Day?

Recommended Posts

Went on a course today. Its all to do with self esteem and confidence. Run by someone who is an ex offender who also did it and it helped him return to socity after spending time inside. He is now editor of a magazine that deals with prison reform aiming to stop people from re offending and at the same time working with the parole service and prisons.

Good luck Goose

Got a 2:1 in French and Spanish, super emotional

Well done

Found out what mark I got for my degree today, got a high 2.1. so I'm pleased. Could have been worse :)

Why are people at the tips always miserable cvnts?!

I went to the tip last night and some Turkish or something geezer who was just dumping stuff like me very kindly offered to help me to lift the buckets of soil and concrete out of my boot which I barely managed to get in there in the first place, and then refused to let me help him with his stuff in return. What a gentleman!

I thought it of crucial importance to relay this positive story of multiculturalism and municipal waste disposal, given the bad press they so often get.

I must admit that on other occasions the blokes that actually work at the tip have sometimes been complete ******* *****.

Life is like a box of chocolates etc

Just about to post in the hobbies thread and told I could not as I do not have permission.

Socialising. Enjoying retirement. Spending the day drinking, eating, love making. The rest of the day i waste.

I relax. going to a board gaming club tonight. Just started to get into MTG and learning how to play. Also try to write and accept praise when given. Never used to as much.

Top brass have been in my office for a mini conference of some sort. Fully catered of course. Luckily they left some scraps for the rest of us. A grand total of one quarter sandwich and several leaves of dry lettuce, left in the canteen for us to feast on. So generous.

I like the fact people can choose to retire at whatever age they wants these days even if they havn't made any plans for it, I'm thinking 47ish and then the tax payer can prop me up while I get pissed all day.
