im going for my first run after work today. Need to seriously start working out. you got any good tips to keep motivated? Always seems to be my problem is keeping motivated.

Join a running club, they'll keep you motivated and push you

Just start off slow, any time I lose motivation is because I try and do too much and then just end up in pain and or unable/unmotivated to try again.

And as Sir Fynwy says try a running club or even just a mate who fancies doing the same, the more I ran with my mate the longer I can sustain running alone. The problem with doing any kind of exercise by yourself, to begin with anyway, is obviously that it's easy to just stop.

daughters 8th birthday next month and just ordered 2 of her presents off internet. :)

There's your motivation, mate.

Keeping yourself fit means she's likely to have her dad around for a lot longer than if you don't.

Works for me anyway.

Couldn't help but laugh at that second paragraph. What if he didn't know people thought that? lol

They have my CV. Someone on another forum handed my CV to his manager for me in the hopes of getting my this interview, and it worked.

 

Just wear a suit as normal.
