I went to the Dr. this morning.

 

I have high (ish) blood pressure. I need to lose weight and reduce my alcohol and salt intake. It's lunchtime and everything in the kitchen has loads of salt. I've never paid attention before. Very annoying.

Yeah, ok. It's always difficult when you don't know someone. In your head you have this idea of someone, then when you meet them it's a complete shock.
