First time playing football in about 3 years last night, I've ended up with a grade 3 groin strain and a serverly bruised and swollen shin!

FML

It turns out I actually have a stress fracture after a second oppinion!

Shite that's bad luck!

Congrats to all  the new dads and mums on here.The new borns are arriving quick and fast now.  The  dateis convenient too. In 5-8 years it will be a ST  for the KP.as a birthday present.

 

Went to a meeting for the Real Food Project. There is another cafe lunch at the old library next Saturday on the 27th then they are moving to a mor permanant base at the West End Centre which starts 3rd July..Today they were sorting out roles for volunteers.

agreed ken, very convenient that it's 9 months since we done united 5-3. very convenient indeed.
