Got a McDonald's after work because cooking dinner after 11 hours at work is long for man. Enjoyed it but truth be told I felt a bit disgusting about it after.

subway probs roll with spicy italian or italian bmt meat style variation with double jalapeños an bbq sauce n whatever shit salad bits I feel like pointing to (but not olives)

bascially you get

 

Ingredients

• 30g/1oz butter

• 100g/3½oz button mushrooms, finely chopped

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

• 1 tbsp dried thyme

• 450g/1lb sausage meat (you can easily push the meat out from the skins of readymade sausages)

• salt and freshly ground black pepper

• 450g/1lb ready-rolled puff pastry

• 1 free-range egg, beaten

and then

 

Preparation method

1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms until soft. Transfer to a large bowl.

3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, thyme and sausage meat and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

4. Roll the puff pastry out into a large rectangle, then cut into two long rectangles.

5. Place a layer of sausage meat mixture down the middle of each pastry rectangle, then brush each with beaten egg on one edge.

6. Fold the other side of the pastry over onto the egg-washed edge. Press down to seal and trim any excess. Cut each pastry roll into 8-10 small sausage rolls.

7. Place the sausage rolls onto a baking tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crisp and golden and the sausage meat is completely cooked through.

I've had a rough day. I'm trying to register my car and the process if ****ing ridiculous.

But I bought some 3m USB cables, which mean I can charge my phone while watching TV and reading FT.

I also bought some whiskey, only one I could get was Tullamore Dew. Which is not that great but it will work for tonight.

I would like to introduce you all to little Reecie-Blu was born 23rd at 0130 in the morning. I know she don't read this but my wife was a true star, swore and insulted all the way through it but the established labour came on so quick she only had time for gas and air.

As for the name, well it just fits perfectly
