OK. After coming back from the doctors I went to hand in my first time sheey with new job as sub-editor and as I was leaving was told I was invited to Pride Park April 6th for the launch of the local Homeless World Cup hopefuls.

I will be getting transport and free entry to see the match. It's a pity City are not involved in it. Forget who they are playing now but I shall be neutral.

Haven't been good for a while. Things came to a head a couple of weeks ago. Tried to go on my own but had to start anti-depressants again. Behaviour and moods have been too erratic so hopefully this will stabilise them. Been told I can start running again but it hasn't helped as much as it usually does.

Having been taken out in the process of scoring three Thursdays ago, I bruised my right knee.

As the swelling has reduced on that knee, I collide with an opponent tonight and have bruised my left knee.
