How Was Your Day?

Generous! I was thinking more a chicken nugget.

I used to flatshare with a ginger guy from Aberdeenshire who stripped off in the cold in front of all his workmates and was forever known as "baked bean" after that...

That was Leicesterpool's fetish wasn't it?

Ah, yes, tbh Leicesterpool / Lamby /  Kingfox all sort of blur into one mash up of banter, desperation and delusion. :D

It was her choice not mine. Then later on after it had ended she goes "oh we could of gone to mine and you could of got a blowy"....er, awkward.

That would of been like an episode of Inbetweeners where Will was gonna get a blowy off the Empire State Building, but he rejected, and she sucked off Neil instead.

Sorted my Kindle out. Managed to read the password on the router. It was the light.

Now connected. Think it was in the settings and I must have changed to ignore my home PC so I had to enter a password to connect.

Written the password down and will save it in a doc on my PC and maybe on my phone.

Yesterday I was by the Town Hall Square when I heared a load of cheering.

Being a Nosey Parker I decided to have a butch and see what was going on. And it turns out it was a wedding!

Great, no problems with that but I couldn't help it think that (and I know it's personal preference) as nice as Town Hall Square is, I wouldn't want to share my Wedding with a few hindered randomes. Including the Homeless protestors and the blind pervert man in the green coat that follows women around town. If it was private, it would be perfect.

Then, after about 10mins of watching the photos and celebrations... Another, much larger wedding party came out and had to push the first group out of the way, and then after that, a third! It was like a conveyor belt of bloody weddings!

I'm not overly keen on the idea of marriage myself but if I do end up getting hitched one day I'd like to think it will be a bit more personal and 'special' than that.

That said, I hope all of the course enjoyed their day.

Talking of the protesters we had a live phone in report from them. We also had the CEO of Action Homeless and someone from Shelter giving their thoughts.

I've noticed however there is no news in the Mercury about the council meeting the protest or the weddings. This was a vote that could affect hundreds of vulnerable low ppaid families and workers.

So does your local Councillor care about the average person?

If DNO was not there would anyone know about the meeting?

No matter what your views this was important enough to be covered and reported to the people of Leicester.

Anyone disagree that news affecting people of Leicester should be reported?
