Even worse today, but no Doctor will come out or nothing. 

 

Definitely something mentally wrong, just don't know what causes it. 

 

She has been prescribed statins, two sorts haven't agreed with her in the past, now this new lot might be causing this. 

 

She could be alright tomorrow, sometimes that can be the case, but sometimes it isn't

Just got back from my first day back training, to be honest i feel more confident than i did before I don't no if it was because the group got smaller, quite few we're missing from when i last joined. Even though i admit i'm one of the weaker players i felt i had a better day, but today even the better lads looked tired! When i came to the warm down at the end when we we're having jog around the pitch, i started jogging to look round to see the rest of them miles behind me! I at one point it was just me and the coach jogging.

Not bad, had a conversation with my thesis supervisor today and she was pleased with the progress. Just a matter of getting all the blanks filled in now really, one month until hand-in time. 

 

Still no joy on the job front for afterwards, so that's a worry - but I'm hardly alone there.

Went to meeting at Apex for DNO then onto radio Leicester for the Media training session. Today it was to do with podcasting.

 

Heard a story which is unlikely to make the national newdpapers but it is true because I know the person involved.

 

Oakham and Rutland councils have said they have no problem with homlessness so cut money to their Hostels. Last week a bloke was picked up by the police and brought to Leicester dumped and told not to return. someone that works with an homeless charity in Leicester found him and rook him to a Leicester Hostel'

This is not an isolated case. It has happened in a few councils where closure have been severe thus making their figures look better.

 

For those interested over the last month or so plans have been ongoing to arrange a National Foodbank Day. All the legal issues had to be put in place and contacts made before announcing the date which is in October. It is a non-political event and any person or group using it as a platform for political gain will not be allowed. It is meant to be a day of peace to raise awareness of the levels of poverty in the UK.

Like I said it is non political and is asking politicians of all parties to have a closer look at these issures as well as raise awareness in the general public. All I ask is that you read about it on the webpage before voicing an opinion or criticism.

This will not just be a few people moaning. This will involve charities social services hospitals and many others that work in these sectors and have seen things for themselves.

Went for a walk with my Dad's mate round Aylestone earlier, very nice.

 

The mother much much better today, not 100% probably 60%-70%.

 

Now time to keep tabs on the Football :)

I feel for ya mate. My missis is a support worker for people with mental health issues so I know it's not nice. Have you not got other family who can help you out and talk to?

It can't be nice if you feel you're dealing with it on your own.

Im working at shepshed library. Yesterday round the back here I witnessed a drug deal, three 10 year olds on bikes making petrol bombs and some chavs staking out someone's back garden.

Nice place.

Phoned the DWP. Still trying to sort my pension credit out. Supposed to have started beginning July. Told it will now take up to 5 days for the email they sent to be picked up and another 5 days for them to respond. I wonder if it would take that long if they wanted a payment off me? My money would be stopped instantly.

I'm OK at the moment because I have an overdraft facility but it can't really go into September as I only have 5 hours work PW.could still be a month in leu work before pay.

 

 

Not sure how long the job will last. The lottery fund is due for review in January. Also don't know if DNO are going alone and concentrating on the radio and newspaper. Depends on Action Homeless. Got some big boys from the lottery visiting next Tuesday to see how we've spent their money. We have to use some money up we have left so hoping to get some zoom voice recorders and a decent camera Lumix

Anywayt he radio has took off great and even surprised ouselves at how people have taken to being in the presenters seat. I still have my turn to come.

The 'Have a go' section is 3-4pm and open to anyone. You just need enthusiasm.

Yeah got me and my Dad to help and deal with it.

 

She's alright today, just have to monitor it and hopefully they get to the bottom of why she goes like she does every couple of months.

Couldn't go the bank yesterday because the end of our road was cordoned off by the police. Found out before there's been a murder, dead body was just resting against a fence at the top of the road. Madness.

20th July - I receive an email from 'a company' saying they've suspended my membership

25th July - I contact the company by email to ask if, despite my membership being suspended, will my direct debit still go out on the 1st of August.

25th July to 1st August - Unable to login to my account online to check and receive no reply to my email.

1st August - The knobs take the direct debit out of my account despite me being suspended and my membership being completely useless!

 

Today I rang them up to which they have said that what they have done is perfectly legal and that I had to go in and personally see the manager... to which I responded with the fact that all the initial email said was to 'contact' the manager to which I did by email and received no response... 

 

I've now cancelled my direct debit and will be taking this a lot further.
