Today is mixed; went into work on my day off for a training course, only for things to go tits up. However, I'm glad I did go in, as I was there for a colleague who had just had it confirmed her mother was dying. You can say and do all the right things, but you know deep down that not one bit of it will help ease the pain, hurt and anger that that person is currently feeling. It is so sad. :(

On a brighter note, I ran my best 5 miles for ages!

I don't even do the ironing in my own house so you'd have to offer something very special to make me do it for you...

Smashed my leg into a table, found out my Mum had collapsed a week ago and no one told me, had three parents going on about how shit the school is and how their children are angels with rose-scented farts, discovered my Dad had collapsed and then found out he was in hospital after some idiot had told my children before me.

Stupid people swarm to me like flies around shit.
