I've just had a cup of coffee too. It won't keep me awake. I'm pretty much immune to caffeine now, unless it's in industrial-strength, maximum doses.

Any! Espresso for preference (I really do like seriously strong coffee - so long as it's a 'good' coffee); usually cafetiere coffee at home though. Having said that, I've just had a cup of instant out of sheer laziness.
