Bought a block of Co-Op Hot n Spicy Cheddar with sweet chilli peppers, jalepanos and herbs.

Ate the whole block all in one go on it's own 'cos it was so frickin nice.

60g of fat but I feel good aaiiiiiiiiiight.

Recommended cheddar.

I reckon you'll love it. I don't think it's very strong cheddar but it's got alot of flavour unlike those poxy mild rubbery ones and a nice texture too. I think it's the first time I've had cheese with bits in but I'm hooked.

Wish I'd of saved some for a sandwich!

I had a Co-Op fresh handmade Margarita Pizza at 9am for breakfast. Just to let you know, it won an award at the annual Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association (PAPA) Awards. Mama Mia....Tutti Frutti....Mozarella it was lovely.

Now I'm having twirly pasta with strong grated cheddar, oven roasted garlic, tomato and onion sauce, with Birds Eye peas and sweetcorn mixed in.

Then it's bananas, pears, Braeburn apples, grapes, strawberries all chopped up with loads of Rachels Coconut Yoghurt on top for pudding.

Then at about 8pm I'm ordering a massive kebab, some chips, a Hawaiian Burger, a Spicy Beef pizza and a pot of chilli sauce.

It's a good day for food and I wish it could always be like this.
