Interesting 2 hour doco on Ben Cousins, Ben was the best player of Australian Rules football from 2003 - 2009. Won the highest honours both individually and with his team winning 2 premierships.

He was the fittest, fastest most highly skilled, hardest training player...and all the time was heavily using Crystal Meth, Cocaine and assorted other drugs, was involved with the biggest underworld bikie gangs etc etc.

Told by the man himself of his drop into drug addiction..his banning from the sport..."rehab" in LA spent with women of ill repute etc etc.. the return to playing at the highest level.

Im not sure if this will translate out side of OZ... but if you have the chance have a look at it.
