Just finished watching Raging Bull. I love Martin Scorsese films fooking brilliant.

One part in Raging Bull is particularly moving, its when Jake La Motta ( Robert De Nero) starts of by throwing this great big tantrum over how a steak is cooked by his wife, then his brother Joey La Motta (Joe Pesci) goes over to talk to him. They sit around the table, he's looking at his hands thinking he is week, that they're too small and he egss Joey on to hit him. He wants to be able to prove that he is a man, and just because he mentally abuses his wife he can take a beating on the chin.

I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't watched it, but for me this is Martin Scorsese's master piece and one of Robert De Niro's finest films.

Tomorrow I am going to be watching Manhattan (Woody Allen) the cinematic's on that film are amazing, the opening picture sequence of New Yorks sky line are truly amazing. Brilliant film.
