My one guilty pleasure in life. I limit myself to one a day, which is nowhere near enough imo. 
Consultant recently suggested I go decaf, the heathen 😡

I can only really have one in the morning, if I have one in the afternoon I'm in danger of a bit of reflux (though after a big lunch I often give in). So I know I have to really savour the morning one. Sister got me some Ethiopia coffee from F&M for my birthday and it's so good, and finishing the cup in the morning is so hard.

 

It's definitely the one thing I would find almost impossible to give up, even if I were strongly advised to.
