0.3GB of data left and it has to last just under three weeks. Fvcking ripoff phone companies know hardly anyone texts/calls anymore so it's unlimited this, 5000 that but the most useful thing is rationed like butter in World War 2.

Do you never have access to WiFi?

Yes but my router is fvcked and Virgin Media have been nobs about it. I've been told to turn it off and on so many times I've lost count and they're sending an engineer round on Tuesday. Plus it's been a really slow week at work which means I've been on my phone a lot more than usual.

How you got it for £15?

I'm sure i'm on the SIM only 200 plan, i'm paying £20.

I was only paying about £12 but they put it up.

Edit - I am on the SIM only 200 plan and I am paying £20, It should be £23, but because i'm a 'loyal' customer they've knocked £3 off...how generous.

Tbh, it's about the cheapeast ideal package for me so fairly happy, but if you're only paying £15 i'd be interested to find out how and why and try and get if for £15 myself.

I pay by direct debit and get a recurring £5 discount?

I've been on it for a very long time so maybe that's why I'm not sure

Yeah I pay by on DD.

I've been on it atleast 2, probably 3 years.

Might give them a call (Which'll be a challenge because I can never understand their customer service team) - I'm getting the new iPhone soon, so might be able to use that a bargaining tool - Although it could go the other way and they'd only be interested in offering me a contract.

When they put it up I phoned them and they said they could do it cheaper if it signed up for 12 months, but I like the freedom of a 30 day contract.

Exactly the same as me.

I rang them yesterday actually about a query and got an Asian chap who couldn't understand me & I couldn't understand him so decided I'll pop into their shop soon.

Three have been brilliant ever since I went with them 5 years ago, it's just there customer service which lets them down.

"Goals"

Now I'm not talking about putting a ball between two sticks or achieving an ambition. I'm talking about the new teen-slang, "goals".

So I'm not a teen, but I still get it, as teenagers we all had new words that we liked to use because it was different from older people and they "didn't get it" - except when you get older and you realise that older people (or at least those with half a brain) do get it, they just don't care. But we all did it, just accept it. But some of them are just so vacuous it's nauseating. This one is worse than awesome.... which wasn't so much the changing a use of the word, just a cheapening of it. eg... "What did you do today?" "We went town and then saw a film." "Oh, that's awesome!" No. It. Is. Not. In fact, mundane is more the word they should be using... it was, mmmm, fun or interesting... maybe nice?

But I digress.

Goals.

You take a picture of yourself with a friend... you know, your BFF (sigh) and then you put "Goals!" under it. Often with hearts and kisses emotes.

Because you have a friend, :appl: Not only that... a BEST friend :appl::appl: well done, no I mean it, congratulations, I'm so pleased for you.

These pictures are usually put by people who will have different BFFs in a week or two, but then I guess you have to set yourself new goals.

Seriously, it is just so shallow.

I know what you mean, people attaching pictures of famous couples labelling it "Relationship Goals" or something.

One of the worst is attaching "porn" to the end of things that you think are great. Like pictures of great food becomes "Food Porn", pictures of cars become "Car Porn". One of those comedy facebook pages pointed out the other week that there's a twitter account posting pictures of cute babies called, no word of a lie, "Baby Porn"!!!!!

If your bus fare is 86p we can probably see your house from where we're standing.

It's the 'borrow' that gets me.
