Dude, what kind of culture permit spitting in the public?

Some Asian cultures certainly have no qualms about hocking and gobbling, yet get disgusted by the sight of a barefoot.

Culture innit, would be boring if we all thought, felt and acted the same.

:dunno: Monarchies are hardly the only group out there with seemingly unaccountable power.

But they are one of them. Which can be a problem.

I take a lot more issue with Bishops and so on in the house of lords.  Iran being the only other significant country who give god botherers automatic legislative power.

The US gives them de facto if not automatic legislative power too, which in effect amounts to the same thing.

In any case, it's all part of the same problem for me - unaccountable, often inherited, power.

When a podcast spends 10 minutes advertising what they're going to talk about in the podcast instead of just getting on with it

That's just what happens when everything has to be advertised, because everything has to be monetised, because apparently there's no better system, because...I don't know, reasons?

Gym influencers claiming to be natural and trying to sell programmes etc based off of their doping gains.

I have so much more respect for those who are completely transparent on having taken things in the past but continue to spread good advice to people training
