What grinds my gears...

Recommended Posts

Most people wouldn't even notice this one, but when I'm waiting to turn right at a T junction (in the vertical road, looking at the T) I hate being waved out by drivers who want to turn right into the road I'm on. Most of all, I hate it because it's not my right of way, and I'm looking at the flow of traffic from both directions, and I don't appreciate fat, middle-aged twonks in huge 4x4s calling me names because I was looking the opposite way when they flashed me out. But I also hate it because the fat, middle-aged twonks can't actually manoeuvre their 4x4s and actually want me out of the way so that they can cut the corner completely. pinch.gif

I'd didn't realise there were any vertical roads in Britain. Where do they lead to? :giggle:

What pisses me off is people in front who decide to stop in the middle of flowing traffic to let people out. Usually when there is a huge gap a couple of cars back. Sod all awareness of traffic, and complete ignorance to the impact of random stopping on traffic flow. Tw@ts.

Failing my driving test at the very end. Turn right, first left and then into the test centre on your right. The first turn right is where I failed because it was one way and I didn't know; I thought it was two way, so I positioned the car in the middle of the road. :(

Sky News

No, not their pathetic coverage of the Erection, the fact that they are jizzing over this Facebook panic button, and seemingly trying to make it seem that 'EVERYONE WHO USES FACEBOOK IS A DIRTY, SCUTTY PAEDOPHILE... PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN WHILE YOU CAN!!!'

I mean, it's not like you can't A) reject friend requests B) block people from finding your profile C) delete people from your friends and then block them from viewing your profile.

Load. of. flucking. bollocks <_< go away Sky

Having to go through the OS intro page, twice, every time I visit the site.

And the colour in my red retro shirt ran on its very first low temp wash and it shrank.

This happens to me too.

Did you end up with a load of pink laundry?

I'm never buying a red jumper again because of this. Ruined a whole set of my clothes and like yours shrank to half it's original size were it's now not even possible to place my head through the hole.

At least you didn't do this.

The fact that anyone at all thinks Labour deserve another chance to run the country. It is simply beyond belief.

It's an indication of how little people trust honest dave and negative politics, I'm sure that a decent credible opposition could get a huge majority based on where we are, pity we don't have one. I'd be happy to see a hung parliament and parties having to deal with each other sensibly.

Yep. Depressing isn't it. Is what happens when PR people run a party.

The current system for voting sucks arse - where the government of the day is elected by less than half of those who actually vote...equating to something like a quarter of society. That is pure bollocks.

Payday loans companies, where typical APR ranges from a modest 1750% to the rediculous 2548%

yes I know the loans are short term, but borrowing £80 until your next payday will still cost you £20 in interest.

Whatever happened to responsible lending practices.

Everytime I see the adverts for these companies I want to put my foot through my TV (which ironically would then require me to borrow some cash short term to pay for a new one! )

Grrrrrr! :@

Just goes to show that incompetence is not half as bad as downright evil.
