Courier companies who don't leave my package by the front door... meaning that I then have to faff around sorting out redelivery or going and collecting it myself. :angry: 

 

(In fairness, I guess it depends where you live!)

It's not exactly safe to leave it like that though, deeming it glaringly obvious that no-one is home.

 

They had other options - leave it at a neighbours (there are about 7 houses at least they could have left it at). Leave it at the nearby post office. Leave an option for re-delivery. I would have been far happier with those options than just leave it in broad daylight!

Last year, some delivery gimp left a box full of books in the open in my back yard in one if the worst storms of the winter.

We came home to find scraps of wet paper everywhere.

What a shi8hole that is. Went there on Saturday to see Micky Flanagan (bloody funny show). The seating is the most cramped i have ever experienced, The bars were understaffed meaning we couldn't get a drink during the interval, the toilets are inadequate and again not enough time in the interval because the queue was backing up into the arena. There seemed to be too few staff for the capacity crowd. Coming out of the arena at the end was worse that any football match with no guidance to nearest exits and no staff to marshall.

 

The parking is dreadful unless you get there at least 2 hours ahead of a show. Two of the three dedicated NIA car parks were full (one was closed). We queued for an hour having arrived in Birmingham at 7:15 and subsequently were late for the start of the show. Afterwards there was a 25 minute queue to pay for the car park. We then had to wait over an hour to get out of the car park as we were on the top floor. The main access to the NIA is off a main road but a lot is along the canal and is over and under bridges. Walking a narrow path after struggling to get out of the building with hordes of people in the dark alongside the waters edge is no fun.

 

These might seem like minor gripes but actually had quite a negative influence on what was otherwise a good show. I have learnt from this experience. Next time I go by train.

When you're focusing out in a tutorial but you are still aware of what everyone is saying, the tutor thought I wasn't listening so he asked me what the other guy said and I put it more articulately then the other guy did.

 

Why does the lecturer assume if you're not staring at everyone who is talking you're not listening.

Knowing your youth is vanishing. (It's probably the alcohol though to be honest)

 

I'm forgetting trivia knowledge I knew five years ago, I forget how to spell words now, my favorite milf porn star is actually only three years older than me.

Yeah but when you were 20 she was 23.. doesn't sound so bad. (Then again when you were 10 she was 13, that does sound bad)

I was watching a weird program last night on More4 'Date my pornstar'

I was disappointed to find out that when it says "mother and daughter" they aren't related at all.....

 

I watched that as well, the look on the gays blokes face when he found out his favourite pornstar was married with a family was priceless.
