Probably been mentioned, but people who don't say thanks when you hold the door open. Some bint today, followed me from one side of the Uni to the other without saying thankyou once, then fucking tutted and rolled her eyes when I sat at the last free computer :frusty:

I normally shout out "thank you" at them as they walk off. Believe it or not, in a sarcastic tone of voice.

Annoys me as well. I always say thank you, when I'm let across the road, people open doors, hold them open, let me through first etc. It takes nothing to be polite and just say thanks, or even raise your hand in acknowledgement.

In my experience, quite a lot of the time it's older ladies who don't say thank you :angry:

It certainly has been mentioned before:

People who don't say thank you when you hold the door open for them. As if it should be expected that their way is cleared on their behalf at all times. Next time I'll slam the door in your stupid, ungrateful faces you wankers.

And it's still grinding my gears to this day.

Virtue is it's own reward. You should hold doors open because it's the right thing to do, not so that you can get thanks in return.

It doesn't take a lot to be polite. I get annoyed because if it was the other way round, they'd be pretty annoyed.
