Thanks, it's really frustrating :(

 

Urinating on them is apparently a well-known cure but I've never been brave enough to try. >_< I've found putting Tea Tree Oil on helps. A friend swears by soaking them in a combination of tepid water and vinegar.

One of my housemates got in at midnight last night, just as I went to bed (get up at 7.30am on Mondays)... And she turned the dishwasher on! Kept me up, then said this afternoon that she's getting one back for all the noise I make after a night out. Meh.

 

Didn't even realise you could turn it off mid wash or else I would have.

Looks she's just started a game of housemate revenge, the fact she did it deliberately is so much worse than drunken noise, you need to get her back double. Put chili powder on her tampons. That'll learn her.

Constantly waking up with the proverbial frog in the throat, and struggling to clear my throat every single morning.

 

Got to wait til 19th to see a recommended ENT specialist to get my throat looked out deeper than a GP can see. I've had inflamed tonsils (more so on one side) for about 9-10 months. I fear every time I even get an inkling of getting a cold cos it'll just manifest itself in to something worse which ends up in not being able to eat or drink for most of any given day.

Just about to say this.

 

Noone should moan about anything if they got a dishwasher.

 

Try living with housemates who always leave their plates on the drying tray.

 

To be fair, I don't even like that thing. It's alright when we've all had a meal together (as there is six of us) but I prefer to wash stuff up in the sink like normal. The amount of times I've gone to get my dinner and there's no plates because they're all in the dishwasher.

Just seems to me the people doing that are the kind of people who wish they were American. Like I say, I like the sport but people are treating it like a national holiday or summat.

 

I used to think like this but last year was fvcking excellent. Had 6 or 7 mates over last year and we all picked sides based on basically nothing. Cooked a load of mexican food and had a fridge full of beers and had a cracking night.

 

I'm not sure if that was because the game was so good (I don't really 'like' the sport as such but watching the whole thing made me appreciate the skill involved) but we all got so behind our own teams. It was a pretty crazy game with the comeback but it was good hopping on the bandwagon for the night.

 

I think it just comes down to being annoyed again by all the bellends on facebook sharing it again. Same with most things, I don't give a shit unless what you post is interesting, funny or nuts. I don't care that you're having beers and watching the game, every fvcker is.
