if nadal is as broken as it seems he is then djokovic will pass it by the end of next year.

Doubt he will win 10 slams (already on 3) on the bounce... his form will deep in a match and just lose, like at the French last year... he will pass fed though, within 3 years. If there is a surface Murray can beat Djokovic on it is either clay or grass...

yeah obviously it's doubtful and it would be ridiculous but only a final last year in France has stopped him from already winning 5 in a row, as well as the atp finals too. he's just destroyed Murray and federer in a couple of days. he made nadal look like a school girl a few weeks ago. he's either going to have to throw in a few stinkers or someone is going to have to play out their skin to stop him, really.

his game is flawless and he's probably just about hitting his peak now, aged 28. something will go wrong (something always does, that's why we love sport in general, you can't predict it) but if it doesn't he will literally win every tournament he wants to for the next few years at least.

Exactly I'm in total agreement with that, but it will always be that once like at the French that makes it impossible... plus I still think he is a little more vulnerable on grass and clay just enough so to allow for Murray to be a lot closer...

Not a huge tennis fan but watching this morning, isn't it Murray's emotional hold (or lack of) of a game/opponent his major weakness? I know he never gave up the game but he seems to go through spells where he just thinks (maybe even said a few times i thought) 'f*** it, it's gone', or words to that extent. He seems like his biggest enemy sometimes. Unlucky to play at the same time as maybe the 2 greatest ever though!

Team GB beginning their Davis Cup defence, currently 1-1 vs Japan, with the doubles just starting. Andy's first competitive tie since the birth of his daughter Sophia. Has said he will commit to all if the Davis Cup season.

Fully expect the Murrays to win the dubs and Andy to finish the job against Nishikori tomorrow. The next round, however, will likely include Djoko and Serbia.

Going well in the doubles we are up a set, and Serbia are down a set in their doubles match ...

And now the great man is losing 2-1 lol bizarre

Perhaps that eye injury is bothering him.

Either way, another glorious chance for GB to get to the final here - home QF against Kazakhstan potentially, with a home SF against Italy or Argentina to follow should that one be won.

This does seem more a case of an honest yet stupidly careless mistake, so hope it isn't the end of her career and don't think it deserves to be.

But the WADA regularly update and send out the prohibited list of meds so it's madness that she or her team have not been checking it regularly.

She said she even saw the email, but didn't click on it, which is extremely careless. Especially when she knows she takes medication regularly, so there will always be a chance that could be included in any revised lists. The dedication top sportspeople give to trying to succeed, especially in tennis, I can't get my head round why she didn't bother to read the email.

Certainly you'd expect somebody so high profile and professional to check up on what is added to a banned list on a regular basis.

Guess it comes down to personal opinion as to whenever if she was cheating deliberately or taking the substance for a genuine health reason over a number a year.

Unfortunately probably doesn't help she is Russian and there are so many suspicious around drugs in various sports these days.
