Thought Djokovic was going to do the full monty at the end there!

I don't get all the Murray hate in this country though. Sure he can be a mardy **** at times, but surely anyone who likes the game can see that he, by a long distance is the best tennis player Britain has produced in, well ever. Even by losing 3 Grand Slam finals he has done more than every other British male tennis player in the Open era. If we want tennis to improve in this country then we need more Murrays, and we need to support them, because if all someone has to do is lose 3 finals to outshine every other player from the past then it shows how shit British tennis has been for the last 40 years. If our players our are going to get ridiculed for improving, what's the point in them even bothering.

Novak was superb all round really, Murray misse too many first serves, and Djokovic got everything back with pace and power.

Hope Murray doesn't spend the next six months feeling sorry for himself again, needs to push on and get a few wins under his belt before French/Wimbledon comes around.

Agree with Facecloth re expectations on Murray. Having said that however, Murray's approach to all of his GS finals have been all wrong. It's cliche to say it but he's never going to beat these top guys without ramping up the aggression which he steadfastly refuses to do. Probably time for him to invest in a top coach and work on his mentality (I don't think mental strength is an issue, he is often clutch on big points but rather it needs to be a change in the mentality to his game). He's learnt to do this versus Nadal and Nadal only for some inexplicable reason.

Hopefully there is no 6 month slump forthcoming again, he'll have the incentive of loads of ranking points to gain.

Support instead of sarcasm, ridicule and criticism? I thought that was an unique problem Australia had.

French Open is on does any body give a toss? Or do they just believe Djokovich has it in the bag? Female draw is wide open.

Father Ted were are you suprised you haven't mentioned Djokovich's 42 game unbeaten run

Nole's been unreal this year. No loss in 40+ matches is incredible, doubt Nadal will want to face him again, even if it is at the French, he's lost to him however many times in a row.

Obviously hoping for something from Murray but can't see it, especially on clay. Can't see much past a Djokovic/Nadal win here.

As for the women's, God only knows, anyone seems capable of beating anyone there.

Last years Finalist Sammy Stosur lost the first 4-6 and then won the 2nd 6-1 in no time on serve now in the first. If she gets thru she is half a chance.

Aye yeah there's a few good players in the women's, but anything goes. Don't take much notice of it really, but watched Clijsters' match yesterday and she just disintegrated, had match points for a straight sets win, then about 45 minutes later she lost!

Watching Ferrer at the moment, the guy he's playing is right taking the piss, he's two sets and a break down, so he's playing exhibition tennis now, drop shots, lobs, the lot. Ferrer looks well pissed off lol

Haha quality he might as well may get himself back in the match.

Clijster yeah was a surprise considering she has been awesome since she came out of retirement

I have been secretly celebrating :P

He's been fantastic, but has a very very tough early test against Del Potro and he can't go unbeaten forever. In the grand slams anything can happen but beating Nadal twice on clay is just unreal and some thought it was impossible at one stage.

Rafa through losing only 4 games against Veic. He looked decent in parts did Veic, entertaining as well.

Murray 2 sets and 2 breaks up despite spending the last half hour hobbling around after rolling his ankle.

Nole/Del Potro next up. Should be good.
