tbf Posted 16 August 2008 Share Posted 16 August 2008 ok, I newly have CS3 extended. I'm an absolute novice, learning by experimentation but it doesn't appear terribly intuitive. Can some kind soul tell me how to use the gradient tool over a photo, i managed to use it before over some simple shapes, but now i get "Could not use the gradient tool because the smart object is not directly editable."
