According to almost everyone's current facebook status, apparently it's snowing round my manor. All I can see is drizzle though... :unsure:

There is a moderate risk of severe weather affecting eastern parts of England. Rain showers will turn increasingly to snow, especially during the late afternoon and evening. Accumulations of up to 5cm are likely with perhaps 10cm over hills.

Time to go out and panic buy bread and milk, that's if the MET Office have their way.

I did pop out at lunchtime to buy vodka and cat food. Nothing as practical as bread and milk though. :/

Pathetic attempt at snow here at the moment. I'd like lots by tomorrow morning please, well before the time I need to leave for work. :santa:

it's chucking down at the fulham game :D

um, it's pretty cold here, and very windy so it's about -5 just now, compared to the -12 it will be next week, but the wind chill is massive and as such dropped it down to -16 this morning (thus the shaky attempt at a panorama)

Got ridiculously excited by about 10 mins of heavy snow an hour or so ago - it's now sunny and bright with no hint of snow whatsoever. Bloody weather. :angry:

Met Office says snow should commence in Bedford at 1200.

I'm complaining if they are wrong.
