Smudge Posted 19 November 2009 Share Posted 19 November 2009 Cel-shading? Cel-shading still requires filters in Photoshop. As I said, I can't figure out how you change a photo without filters. A cartoon would start with an out line then filled in with shades of color. To remove the color from the photo whilst leaving the edges you need a filter.
