Its probably you're laptop, i've had this problem in the past, and it's usually the pin inside you're laptop, something about it "stretching", or getting pushed in or moving causing by you're charger obviously being pushing in/pulled out, getting little knocks, e.t.c. You can get it soldered/fixed, whatever they do to it, but it will probably happen again, I had mine fixed once, it's just starting to do it again a little bit now.
