Matt Posted 18 March 2010 Share Posted 18 March 2010 Two e/w bets - one on Calgary Bay (66/1), other on Mon Mome (100/1) I'll also be doing probably be doing two E/W bets aswell, definitely on Imperial Commander (10/1) and maybe on My Will (100/1) my dog who died last week, he known as 'big will' stupid reason for a bet, I never bet on horse names but i'll make an exception on this one a small e/w bet on a 100/1 horse. I want to base a bet around Kauto, I might even place a single on him, but more likely to do a double with another horse.

Matt Posted 19 March 2010 Share Posted 19 March 2010 Forget that. Dead money. Can't decide what to go for. I'm thinking twice about My Will, obviously form and odds of 100/1 reflect the view but just watched Paul Nicholls on The Morning Line and he really doesn't give it much chance he's just entered it as a run out prior to the national, I was only looking at 50p E/W anyway but why waste even £1?! I dunno I might still do it, but i'll wait to decide. Definatly be on Imperial though, Was gonna bet on it 2 weeks ago at 10/1 but didn't bother, it's not 7/1, I can only see that price shortening hoping it drifts back out though, but if it does drift out i'll have probably already bet on it, so i'm looking for a bookies that are doing best odds on the Gold Cup - Not sure if anyone is? Well it's the big day, and i'm gutted it's the last day, over for another year.

Matt Posted 19 March 2010 Share Posted 19 March 2010 What a run from Barizan, Gutted, I was on that aswell, E/W so get a return but was hoping that would have been the best run of the festival, Going off so fast I knew he'd slow towards the end. filbertway Posted 19 March 2010 Share Posted 19 March 2010 From puntersmate ALBERT BARTLETT NOVICES HURDLE 2.40 The key trend, well in fact race is the Hyde Hurdle. 3 of the last 4 winners of this race won that race and TELL MASSINI is the horse that won that race this season. Other strong trends 5 of the last 5 winners had won over 21f plus 5 of the last five winners had finished 1st or 2nd last time. 5 of the last 5 winners were in the first five in the betting 4 of the last 5 winners had won a graded race. TELL MASSINI passes them all.
